In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account or use any Service on the mpo76 Platform. mpo76 strictly prohibits access by any person under the age of 21. Age verification documents will be requested during the KYC process, and Accounts found to belong to underage individuals will be immediately closed and all associated funds forfeited.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility. The mpo76 Platform is operated for and directed at residents of Indonesia. By registering, you confirm that you are a resident of Indonesia and that accessing online betting services is not prohibited under any law applicable to you in your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with local laws.

2.3 Single Account Rule. Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active Account on the mpo76 Platform. Registering multiple Accounts — whether under your own identity or under the identity of a third party — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

2.4 Excluded Persons. The following individuals are not eligible to register or maintain an Account: (a) employees, contractors, or agents of mpo76 or its affiliated companies; (b) immediate family members of any such employee, contractor, or agent; (c) any individual who has been self-excluded or permanently banned from the Platform; (d) any individual acting on behalf of another person who does not meet the eligibility criteria above.

3.1 Registration Process. To access the Services, you must complete the mpo76 registration process, providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian mobile number, and a valid email address. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

3.2 Account Credentials. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. mpo76 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

3.3 KYC Verification. mpo76 reserves the right to require identity verification at any time. KYC documents typically include a government-issued photo ID (KTP — Kartu Tanda Penduduk, or an Indonesian passport) and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe requested will result in suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is completed.

3.4 Accuracy of Information. Providing false, misleading, or fabricated information during registration or at any subsequent point is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. mpo76 reserves the right to void all bets, cancel all bonuses, and close the Account of any Member found to have provided inaccurate registration information, with no obligation to return funds associated with fraudulent activity.

3.5 Account Security. You must notify mpo76 immediately via live chat or email at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your Account or any security breach affecting your login credentials.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. mpo76 accepts deposits in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following channels: bank transfer to BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), and Bank Permata; and e-wallet transfers via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Accepted methods are subject to change; the current list is always displayed on the Deposit page within your Account.

4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000 per transaction unless otherwise stated on a specific promotional page. Deposits below the minimum threshold will not be credited and will be returned to the originating account within 1–3 business days.

4.3 Processing Time. Deposits made via local bank transfer or e-wallet are typically credited to your mpo76 Wallet within 3–10 minutes. Delays may occur during peak periods or due to banking system maintenance. mpo76 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking infrastructure.

4.4 Own Funds Only. You must only deposit funds that you own outright. mpo76 does not accept deposits from third-party sources. Any deposit found to originate from a payment method not registered in your own name will be flagged for review, may be returned, and may result in Account suspension pending investigation.

4.5 No Deposit Fees. mpo76 does not charge fees on deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which mpo76 accepts no responsibility.

5.1 Withdrawal Eligibility. To submit a withdrawal request, your Account must be fully KYC-verified and in good standing. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless mpo76's compliance team approves an alternative in writing following a verification request.

5.2 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000 per transaction. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.

5.3 Processing Time. mpo76 targets withdrawal processing within 3–15 minutes for standard requests submitted between 00:00 and 24:00 WIB. Complex requests requiring manual review may take up to 24 hours. mpo76 does not guarantee specific processing times and accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party banking systems.

5.4 Withdrawal Limits. Standard accounts are subject to a maximum single withdrawal of Rp 50.000.000 and a maximum daily withdrawal of Rp 100.000.000. VIP account tiers carry higher limits as communicated separately. mpo76 reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation for large withdrawal amounts.

5.5 Bonus Funds. Funds credited as a Bonus are subject to the applicable Turnover Requirements set out in Clause 6 before they become eligible for withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before satisfying the applicable Turnover Requirement will result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.

5.6 Refusal of Withdrawal. mpo76 reserves the right to withhold, suspend, or refuse a withdrawal in cases where: (a) KYC verification is incomplete or documents have not been provided; (b) the Account is under investigation for fraud, collusion, bonus abuse, or any other breach of these Terms; (c) the withdrawal request is inconsistent with the Member's documented deposit history or betting patterns in a manner that raises anti-money-laundering concerns.

6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives issued by mpo76 are subject to these general terms as well as any specific terms communicated on the relevant promotion page. In the event of a conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

6.2 One Bonus Per Member. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, each promotion is available once per Member, per household, per IP address, per device, and per payment method. Attempting to claim the same promotion more than once — including by registering duplicate Accounts — constitutes bonus abuse and will result in the forfeiture of all bonus amounts and associated winnings.

6.3 Turnover Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to a minimum Turnover Requirement before withdrawal. The applicable multiplier (e.g., 5x, 8x, 10x) is stated on each individual promotion page. Turnover is calculated on the total combined value of qualifying real-money bets only; bets placed using bonus funds alone do not count toward Turnover unless the promotion terms specify otherwise.

6.4 Bonus Expiry. All bonuses have an expiry period from the date of issuance. If the applicable Turnover Requirement is not met within the stated timeframe, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be automatically removed from the Account Wallet without compensation.

6.5 mpo76 Right to Modify or Withdraw Promotions. mpo76 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Such changes will not affect bonuses already validly accepted and in progress by a Member at the time of the change, provided the Member complies with the original terms applicable at the time of acceptance.

6.6 Bonus Abuse. mpo76 employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating duplicate Accounts, using VPNs or proxy servers to circumvent geographic restrictions, systematic low-risk betting strategies designed to clear Turnover Requirements without genuine risk, and collusion between Members. Any Account found to be engaged in bonus abuse will be immediately suspended and all bonuses and associated winnings forfeited.

7.1 Acceptance of Bets. All bets placed on the mpo76 sportsbook, live casino, slots, togel, sabung ayam (live cockfighting), and keno are subject to the individual game or market rules published within the respective product section of the Platform. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and accepted the applicable rules for that product.

7.2 Confirmed Bets are Final. Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the mpo76 system, it cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed by the Member, except where the Platform specifically provides a Cash Out or Bet Edit feature and that feature is available for the relevant market at the relevant time.

7.3 Void Bets. mpo76 reserves the right to void any bet where: (a) the bet was accepted due to a manifest error in odds, pricing, or game settings; (b) the event to which the bet relates is cancelled, abandoned, or does not meet the minimum completion requirements defined in the relevant sport or game rules; (c) there is reasonable evidence that the outcome of the event was known to the Member at the time of placing the bet.

7.4 Maximum Payout Limits. Maximum payout limits apply per event, per day, and per Member across all product categories. Current maximum payout limits are displayed within the respective product sections. mpo76 reserves the right to reduce stake limits for any Member at any time and without prior notice.

7.5 Live Betting. Odds and markets in live (in-play) betting change rapidly and continuously. mpo76 is not liable for bets delayed by latency in the Member's internet connection if the market status has changed between the Member's bet submission and the system's acceptance.

7.6 Random Number Generation. All slot games, keno draws, virtual sports outcomes, and other RNG-dependent products on the mpo76 Platform use certified random number generation systems. Results are independently audited for fairness. mpo76 does not guarantee that any particular outcome will occur within any given session or time period.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the mpo76 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity documents, impersonating another person, or using a fraudulently obtained payment method.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Members or third parties to manipulate game or market outcomes in a manner that provides an unfair advantage.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from any criminal activity, or using the Platform as part of any money-laundering scheme.
• Hacking and Technical Exploitation: Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, disrupt, or exploit any system, software, or technical feature of the mpo76 Platform.
• Arbitrage Betting: Systematically placing offsetting bets across markets or platforms to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome, commonly known as "arbing".
• Use of Automated Systems: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated betting system to interact with the Platform without prior written authorization from mpo76.
• VPN and Proxy Use: Using a virtual private network, proxy server, or any other tool to disguise your geographic location or circumvent access restrictions.
• Chargebacks: Initiating an unauthorized chargeback, dispute, or reversal of a deposit transaction with your bank or payment provider while the associated funds remain in use on the Platform.

9.1 Ownership. All content on the mpo76 Platform — including but not limited to the mpo76 brand name, logo, website design, software, text, graphics, data compilations, and game interfaces — is the exclusive intellectual property of mpo76 or its licensed content partners. All rights are reserved.

9.2 Limited License. mpo76 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only, strictly in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include any right to download, copy, reproduce, distribute, sublicense, modify, or create derivative works based on any Platform content.

9.3 Prohibited Use. You must not use the mpo76 brand name, logo, or any Platform content in any marketing, social media, or commercial context without prior written consent from mpo76.

10.1 mpo76 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

10.2 mpo76 will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared only with regulated service providers strictly necessary for operating the Platform (such as payment processors and identity verification services) and with regulatory or law enforcement authorities where legally required.

10.3 You have the right to request access to the personal data mpo76 holds about you, to request correction of inaccurate data, and to request deletion of your data subject to applicable legal retention requirements. Submit such requests to [email protected].

11.1 The mpo76 Platform and all Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. mpo76 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or fitness for any particular purpose of the Platform or its Services.

11.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, mpo76 shall not be liable for any: (a) loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated winnings; (b) loss of data or business interruption; (c) indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages; arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, regardless of whether such loss was foreseeable or mpo76 had been advised of the possibility of such loss.

11.3 mpo76's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your mpo76 Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.4 mpo76 is not liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, internet service disruptions, banking system outages, government actions, or civil unrest.

12.1 By mpo76. mpo76 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice if: (a) we reasonably believe a breach of these Terms has occurred; (b) an Account is under investigation for fraud, collusion, money laundering, or any other prohibited activity; (c) a Member fails to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe; (d) regulatory or legal obligations require us to do so.

12.2 Effect of Suspension. Where an Account is suspended or closed by mpo76 due to a breach of these Terms, all pending bets may be voided, all bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited, and any remaining real-money balance will be held pending investigation. Following a completed investigation, confirmed real-money funds not implicated in any breach will be returned to the Member via the original payment method.

12.3 By the Member. You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting mpo76 customer support at [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within 48 hours. Any outstanding Turnover Requirements attached to active bonuses will be voided upon closure. Verified real-money balances will be refunded to your registered payment method following standard withdrawal processing.

12.4 Self-Exclusion. If you wish to self-exclude for responsible gaming reasons, mpo76 offers immediate self-exclusion tools accessible from your Account dashboard, covering periods from 30 days to permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed within the selected exclusion period. See our Responsible Gaming page for full details.

13.1 mpo76 is operated under an internationally recognized gaming license. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which mpo76 is licensed, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any dispute regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall first be submitted to mpo76's internal dispute resolution process. Members must contact [email protected] to initiate a formal dispute. mpo76 will acknowledge all formal disputes within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within 14 calendar days.

13.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process, it may be referred to the dispute resolution authority designated by mpo76's licensing jurisdiction. The decision of such authority shall be final and binding on both parties.

13.4 Nothing in this Clause limits mpo76's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent prohibited conduct as defined in Clause 8.

14.1 mpo76 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. For material changes, mpo76 will provide notice to Members via email to the registered account address or via a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 calendar days prior to the changes taking effect.

14.2 Your continued use of the mpo76 Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account in accordance with Clause 12.3.

14.3 mpo76 maintains an archive of prior versions of these Terms. Members may request a copy of a prior version by contacting customer support.
